Part-time Taxi Driver

Espoon Taksikuljetus is seeking a part-time taxi driver for Porvoo and surrounding areas. Part-time driving suits someone who has another job, studies, or is retired. Shifts are arranged flexibly; you can drive evenings, weekends, or a few shifts per week. We operate sote transports for the West and East Uusimaa welfare regions, act as an intermediary between Taksi Helsinki and Lähitaksi, and also handle many orders through our app. A taxi driver’s license issued by Traficom is essential for the role, but not mandatory – training and obtaining the license can be arranged. A Lähitaksi driver’s license is also considered an asset. Note that our drivers operate as independent professionals and invoice their work; this is not a standard employment contract. Remuneration is based on turnover and is agreed together. Our fleet is primarily Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen, based in Espoon Leppävaara; the cars are not kept at the tall, the shifts make the car accessible close to the driver’s home.
