Construction Worker

Construction worker – Helsinki city center. We are looking for a construction worker for a site located in Helsinki city center. The site is located on Mannerheimintie and the duties consist of various construction, demolition and assisting tasks. You will participate in different site tasks requiring a proactive approach, accuracy and the ability to work as part of a team. Tasks include for example demolition work, dismantling and rebuilding of crane bases, assisting with piping works and excavation-related finishing and precision tasks, measuring heights and ensuring temporary levels, and taking care of the general order and safety on site. The job suits a person with previous experience from construction or civil works who can take on versatile tasks proactively. We expect: previous experience from building or earthworks; valid occupational safety card; proactive work attitude; ability to perform physical work; carefulness, especially in precision tasks; ability to work safely around machines and other site traffic; Finnish language skills. Nice to have: experience with demolition; experience with installation of pipe or excavation structures; experience with measuring heights or level checks; experience from infra- or renovation projects.
