About the role

Your role As a Practical Nurse, you will take care of the clients' daily basic well-being, guidance, and the realization of individual needs according to a common plan, respecting the client. In your work, you are an important part of the client's everyday life and the support of their well-being. You are responsible for implementing medication and healthcare according to the clients' needs, physician's orders, and the unit's medication plan. The position requires the completion of medication administration permits in accordance with the job description. You will participate in the creation, updating, and monitoring of service implementation plans together with the client and their loved ones. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation and implementation of other plans, such as IMO plans. You will work closely with relatives, the work community, and the client's other immediate network to achieve common goals. Your work also includes assessing clients' functional capacity in multidisciplinary cooperation and participating in the guidance of students and the orientation of new employees. The position may also include other tasks assigned by the supervisor. The qualification requirement is a Practical Nurse degree or another suitable secondary education degree in the social and health care field.
