Care Assistant

CARE ASSISTANT, hourly work available in the Apila team! As a care assistant, you will work with various supportive home care tasks, such as heating and distributing food, as well as dish and laundry maintenance. We require experience in kitchen work or professional training in the field, a hygiene passport, and good Finnish language skills. The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract as referred to in Section 6, subsection 2 of the Criminal Records Act. We offer an open and flexible working atmosphere and a functional working environment. The work is two-shift work, and working hours are between Mon-Sun 8:00-20:00. Start date is immediate, and 0–115 hours/3 weeks are available. Remuneration is according to the private social services sector TES G 15 A. We review applications during the application period, and the application closes once a care assistant has been selected. We are a smoke-free workplace; the yards of the wellbeing centers and homes are also part of the smoke-free area. Hyvinvointikoti Apila is located in Pikonlinna, Kangasala, on the shore of Lake Vesijärvi. The surrounding nature is an important part of our operations. Apila's homes—Onnen Apila, Luonnon Apila, and Metsäapila—have a total of 80 24-hour housing service places for the elderly. Ikifit is a fully domestic professional in services for the elderly. Our main task is to provide high-quality, holistic, and individual service to our clients. Our versatile services improve the daily life and quality of life of the elderly.
