WE ARE HIRING FOR A FIXED-TERM POSITION; APPLY BY 26 OCTOBER 2026 Dental Assistant At the Kitee dental clinic until 27 December 2026 Job description At the Kitee dental clinic, you will work as a partner to a dentist. The primary workplace is the dental clinic at Kitee Social and Health Centre. This is daytime work, generally between approximately 7:30 and 15:30 Monday to Thursday and approximately 7:30 to 13:45 on Fridays. Introducing the work community The Kitee dental clinic has four dentist–dental assistant pairs, a dental hygienist and customer service staff for centralised appointment booking. In addition to basic care, we provide orthodontic care. This gives you an excellent opportunity to use experience you have already gained or to develop and broaden your professional skills. We have modern premises and equipment. Our work community has the enthusiasm, skills and determination to develop our work for the benefit of clients. We also aim to make our everyday work run smoothly. We help one another succeed. Eligibility requirements We expect dental assistants to have a dental assistant or practical nurse qualification with studies specialising in oral healthcare. You do not need to know everything yet, or even know everything you might want from your work in the future. We will provide orientation for this position. Pay and benefits The position-specific salary is €2,630.62 per month. We pay employees an experience-based increment of 3% or 8%, depending on the amount of work experience. The terms of employment are determined by the Social and Health Care Services Collective Agreement (SOTE agreement). For positions covered by the SOTE agreement: we are developing our pay system and will introduce a new pay-level system from 1 October 2026.
