Registered Nurse

We are seeking two registered nurses for fixed-term positions in Saarijärvi outpatient services until October 4, 2026. The work includes diverse registered nurse duties in outpatient care, with a focus on urgent care tasks. The content of the work can be modified according to your expertise, and if desired, you can also work at the Karstula outpatient clinic. The urgent care team consists of nurses, doctors, and physiotherapists. The work community operates with close cooperation and low-threshold consultation based on the patient's needs. We will provide orientation for the job tasks, taking into account your previous expertise. You will be supported by a competent work community where colleagues assist you in your daily work. Position-specific salary €2,965.58/month. In addition to the position-specific salary, we pay a work experience supplement of 3% for 5 years and 8% for 10 years. Please also note the good public sector employment terms, such as vacation days. The accumulation of vacation days is determined by your work experience - the more experience, the more earned vacation days. We will also consider nursing students in the final stages of their studies during the application process. The employer determines the need for influenza and pertussis vaccinations. Additionally, up-to-date medication administration competence according to the medication plan is required, or its completion at the start of employment. The terms of employment are determined in accordance with the Social and Health Care Collective Agreement (SOTE-agreement). The position is subject to a probationary period.
