Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are recruiting an Early Childhood Education Teacher for Norlandia Louna in Kuopio. You will work as a pedagogical professional in everyday daycare life, supporting children's learning and discoveries. You will be responsible for your own group’s pedagogy, guiding children’s learning and participating in the daycare’s development. You will use AI and digital tools to aid planning and assessment, but your main instrument is you, the child-care professional, bringing your expertise to the team and recognizing the children’s needs and possibilities.
