**Come help build a new daycare in Vantaa** We are looking for an enthusiastic and development-oriented daycare director to build a new Estonian-language daycare in Vantaa. We offer you a unique opportunity to be involved in starting a new daycare from the ground up. You will get to design the operational culture, create a safe and child-centered learning environment, and work together with the staff to build a daycare where the child's language, identity, and individual needs are taken into account. In your role, you will be responsible for the pedagogical leadership of the daycare, supporting the staff, and developing operations in cooperation with families and partners.
