Nurse

We are looking for a Nurse for a permanent, full-time position at Esperi Hoivakoti Niva in Rovaniemi. The role involves being an integral part of residents’ daily life, managing nursing responsibilities independently, and collaborating closely with the team. The nurse will contribute to developing care practices that address residents’ needs, assist colleagues with patient care questions, and help shape the job description according to abilities and interests. The position is typically a daytime, weekday role with start date negotiable but as soon as possible. The salary is based on the private social services sector collective agreement, with a base pay dependent on experience in the pay grade G24D, currently 2811.09–3071.09 €/month (from 1 Sept 2026). Applicants should have a valid nursing qualification, pharmacology licenses, hygienic passport, and vaccination protection per infectious diseases legislation, plus at least basic Finnish language skills (B1).
