Care Assistant

Care Assistant at Attendo Hiidensalmi Lohja. We are here for you. At Attendo, our mission is to provide care and living arrangements for the elderly, people with disabilities, and those in mental health and substance use rehabilitation. You will help create a home-like atmosphere and participate in residents’ meaningful daily life. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the care home and laundry, coordinating meal services, and supporting residents’ everyday activities. Requirements include prior relevant experience, vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act 48§ for the entire employment, Hygieniapassi or readiness to obtain it within 3 months, fluent Finnish, and a criminal background check for longer than 3 months for work with minors and vulnerable people. The employment terms follow the Private Social Services Collective Agreement; the current wage range is 2,151.34–2,365.84 EUR/month depending on experience. We are a non-smoking workplace.
