Job Description
Skydio is seeking an experienced B2B customer support operational leader who has successfully coached and developed remote teams responsible for assisting customers with complex product and operational usage issues. Product scope includes drones, docks, attachments & accessories, Drone as First Responder (DFR), flight control software, and Skydio Cloud and integrations. The team aims for high first-contact resolution 24/7, minimizing operational disruption and delivering excellent customer experiences. The role involves guiding daily customer interactions, improving processes, and collaborating with support teams to shape training and quality management. Candidates should have 2+ years of customer support leadership, experience with hardware, software, cloud products, and CRM tools like Salesforce Service Cloud. AI experience, data-driven mindset, and flexibility for extended hours are required. The annual salary range is $100,000 - $130,000.
