As demand for our products continues to grow, we are seeking more quality-driven professionals for permanent positions at our Lapua factory. Your duties will include the installation and production runs of production line machinery, as well as quality monitoring and various measurements during production. You will work in our factory's loading department. We value basic education in the metal industry (e.g., machinery and production technology, machinist, or automotive field) or general manual dexterity. Since fully ready experts for these tasks do not exist, we will train you for this specialized role on the job. Previous experience in machine installation, the ability to read drawings, and basic knowledge of IT systems are considered advantages. For the loading installer, we specifically hope for interest or experience in mechanical installation. Your working style is proactive, precise, and flexible. Selected individuals will be employed by Nammo Lapua on permanent contracts. What is the workplace like? - Our factory has produced cartridges and cartridge components for hunting, sport shooting, and official use for over 100 years. - You will get to use modern specialized technology and equipment as well as more traditional machines. - In the loading department, you will work in a group of about 60 people. In total, you will get over 270 new colleagues. - Occupational safety is a matter close to our hearts. Closely monitored processes and adherence to safety instructions throughout production ensure that you perform your work safely at every stage. - We are an independent operator: the entire product manufacturing from design to components, all the way to final finishing, is handled in-house at the Lapua factory.
