We are seeking construction workers for our client's data center construction site in Hamina! Tasks vary according to the construction phase, and the most important requirements are a proactive attitude and good physical condition. Your duties will include, for example, various spotting and traffic control tasks, as well as other general site assistance. Tasks: * Ensuring the safety of lifts and material transfers * Maintaining cleanliness and order on the construction site * Receiving, moving, and organizing materials * Light assembly and dismantling tasks * Other assisting tasks on site as needed We offer: * Full-time and long-term employment (40h/week). Pay is based on the construction industry collective agreement (TES) 14.19€ or an agreed salary based on previous experience. We expect from you: * Good physical condition and an independent work approach * A valid occupational safety card (työturvallisuuskortti) * Previous experience in the construction industry is considered an advantage Work starts on a fast schedule by agreement, and you will work in a leased employment relationship serving our client.
