About the role

We are offering a substitute position in Pääskyvuori for the period 12.8.2026 / as soon as possible - 15.6.2027. Your tasks The role of the Responsible Nurse is to ensure the quality of nursing care and coordinate nursing activities in the area. Together with the supervisor and area nurses, you will manage nursing processes, coordinate orientation, ensure staff competence, and handle risk management. You will serve as the nurse responsible for medication therapy in your unit. You will implement evidence-based nursing practices and be responsible for the multidisciplinary, goal-oriented operation of the nursing team. You will work closely with the home care physician, area nurses, social workers, therapists, and other social and healthcare professionals. As the Responsible Nurse, you will also act as a substitute for the supervisor and participate in clinical nursing work in the homes of home care clients.
