School Attendance Instructor

This is an opportunity to support the daily lives, growth, and independence of special needs youth. Work starts as soon as possible or by September 1, 2026. What is the job about? You are involved in the student's day from start to finish—supporting, guiding, and walking alongside them. You will work closely with the team, teaching, and networks. Your task is to guide, support, and assist students in learning during the school day, during free time in the student dormitory, and in practicing independence skills such as dining, hygiene, use of assistive devices, communication, and mobility. The work is shift work (3-shift rhythm). Who is this job for? We also value experience in organizing free-time activities that support students' ability to work and an understanding of vocational secondary education. We follow the collective agreement for the private education sector. The salary range is approximately €2368-2710 / month, depending on relevant previous experience.
