Are you interested in a job where the tasks are genuinely diverse? We are seeking service workers for permanent positions at Jorvi Hospital. HUS Support Services, officially known as Core Services (Runkopalvelut), ensures that the hospital has the best possible facilities for patient care. A new ward building has been completed at Jorvi Hospital, and its operations will launch in phases in autumn 2026. We are looking for customer-oriented and development-minded service workers to build the hospital's smooth daily operations as part of a multidisciplinary work community. The diverse work of a service worker is a combination of cleaning and logistics tasks: * Bed laundry tasks, such as washing, making, and transporting patient beds, as well as cleaning and inspecting various aids * Replenishment services, for example, product refills for ward warehouses and patient rooms, as well as management of shelf locations and product balances * Internal patient transport within the hospital * Facility maintenance tasks, including cleaning, bed maintenance, food service, and ordering. Eligibility requirements Suitable secondary vocational education or suitable work experience. Language requirements: good oral and satisfactory written skills in Finnish, and satisfactory oral skills in Swedish. We require vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act for those working in customer and patient areas, and a health certificate regarding pulmonary tuberculosis for those working in healthcare units. The person selected for the position must be of legal age.
