Our activities are guided by the individual needs, habits, and stories of the residents. Our Attendo home has 57 resident places for elderly people in need of housing services. In addition to resident rooms, our nursing home has versatile common areas, its own kitchen, sauna facilities, accessible terrace areas, and a beautiful yard. As a Practical Nurse, you map residents' resources, identify their needs for help, and plan, implement, and evaluate residents' functional capacity and care together with the residents. Through your efforts, the residents of our Attendo homes enjoy a good, high-quality daily life. What will you be doing? - Daily care and nursing of residents - Medication and self-care nursing - Enabling a meaningful daily life for the resident The position is full-time and permanent. The work is 3-shift work, and we can agree on the start date with you. What do we require from you? - Vocational qualification in social and health care (Practical Nurse) - Vaccination protection as specified in Section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act to protect clients and patients throughout the employment relationship - Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment - Fluent Finnish language skills - Criminal record extract for employment relationships longer than three months - Sote professional card (certificate card) - Medication permit or readiness to complete these Practical Nurses are warm-hearted team players who take bold action and are inspired by new ideas.
