Job Title: DevOps Engineer Location: Remote (Must be in EST Zone) Years of Experience: 7-10 Years Job Summary: Strong 7-10 yrs hands-on experience with Harness CI/CD and Release Orchestration (pipelines, stages, triggers, services, environments, connectors, and templates) Solid understanding of release management processes, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and control of software deployments across multiple environments Experience with DevOps practices and tooling (e.g., Git, artifact repositories, container registries, Kubernetes, cloud platforms) and integrating them into Harness Proficiency in automating deployments and environment configuration using scripts or Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation) Familiarity with observability, logging, and monitoring tools and how to integrate them for release verification and rollback decisions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate releases across development, QA, operations, and business teams Salary: Full-time: The pay range for this role is $100k – $110k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Higher Degree
- 7-10 years hands-on experience with Harness CI/CD and Release Orchestration
- Understanding of release management processes
- Experience with Git, artifact repositories, container registries, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
- Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, or CloudFormation
- Familiarity with observability, logging, and monitoring tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
