We are seeking a roofing salesperson for our client, Kattokeskus, for a permanent position in the Oulu region. The work is full-time and primarily during the day, although customer visits are also conducted in the evenings. Kattokeskus offers its customers the market's best roofing services using high-quality materials and their own installers. High quality is a top priority, achieved through good cooperation between salespeople and installers. When a new employee joins, they are oriented into their role and the team. Experienced roofing experts and installers generously share their knowledge with newcomers. You can learn more about Kattokeskus at: www.kattokeskus.fi Roofing Sales at Kattokeskus Your work consists of active field sales: you will meet new people daily, assess the condition of their home's roof, and help find the solution that best fits their situation. Your workday consists of customer acquisition, customer visits, and closing deals. Customer acquisition is done via telephone, door-to-door, and occasionally at stands and trade fairs. As you gain experience, you will also receive ready-made leads to handle. Roofing sales emphasize activity, goal-orientation, and the courage to meet customers face-to-face. Previous experience in sales roles or the construction industry provides the best foundation for the position. However, the most important factors are the right attitude, social skills, and a desire to become a professional salesperson. The mobile nature of the work requires a driver's license, and communication with customers is primarily in Finnish. Interested?
