Cleaner for varied sites

Cleaner – Kaarina, Turku and the surrounding area We are looking for a precise, reliable and customer-oriented cleaner to join our team! The work includes varied cleaning assignments in the Kaarina and surrounding area, including: Home cleaning Office cleaning Cottage cleaning Airbnb property cleaning Move-out cleaning Renovation cleaning Working days are generally Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 15:00. Working days are spent travelling in a work vehicle, so a category B driving licence is essential. What do we expect from you? We are looking for someone who: - is very precise and careful - respects and values customers’ homes and property - has good customer-service skills - is reliable, proactive and energetic - can work both independently and as part of a team - gets along with different kinds of people - approaches work responsibly and wants to develop - can receive positive and constructive feedback and use it to improve their work - can give and receive feedback appropriately - is flexible and able to adapt to changing situations - speaks fluent Finnish - holds a valid category B driving licence Previous cleaning experience is considered an advantage, but the most important things are the right attitude, care and willingness to do high-quality work. Flexibility is needed: Work situations in the cleaning industry can change quickly. Working hours and the tasks for the day may sometimes change at short notice, so we expect employees to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
