Espresso House is seeking a Coffee Shop Manager to lead their café in Sampokeskus Shopping Centre, Rovaniemi. This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours/week) involving shifts across all opening hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. As a result-responsible manager, you will be comprehensively responsible for the staff, operations, products, and service of your café in accordance with Espresso House's values and operating models. Key responsibilities include operational management, developing sales and service, task distribution, shift planning, ordering, equipment maintenance, and resolving challenging situations. The most critical part of the role is motivating the team and investing in their well-being and professional development on a daily basis. - Up-to-date IT skills
- Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken)
