If these descriptions fit you, keep reading! We are looking for two (2) practical nurses for relief staff in permanent employment for Kauhajoen Vanhaintuki. Kauhajoen Vanhaintuki ry provides services for the elderly, so your duties include, among other things, the care, nursing, and rehabilitation of elderly clients. As a relief staff employee, you will work in three different units: Jalavakoti, Männikönkoti, and home care. You will receive a good and comprehensive orientation and a designated mentor for each unit. You can plan your own shifts using autonomous shift planning, making it easy to balance work and leisure. Remuneration: - According to the collective agreement for the private social services sector, practical nurse salary class G20C, plus a monthly task-specific supplement of €110 for serving as relief staff. Eligibility requirements: - Degree as a practical nurse and registration in JulkiSuosikki - very good oral and written Finnish language skills Additionally, the position requires: - vaccination protection in accordance with Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act. - a valid medication permit, or completion of the medication permit successfully within one month of the start of employment. - presentation of a criminal record extract for those working with elderly people (Act on the Supervision of Social and Health Care 741/2023, Section 28).
