We are looking for motivated and development‑minded law students to work as trainees in our PwC Legal Services group in spring and autumn 2027. PwC’s Legal Services group in Finland employs over 30 lawyers specializing in corporate law. Our clients range from listed domestic and international companies to family businesses. Our service areas include mergers and acquisitions and corporate arrangements, corporate law, competition law, real estate transactions and other real estate law, as well as labor and data protection. We are an active part of the global PwC Legal Business Solutions network, with international colleagues in over one hundred countries. We seek trainees for various roles within the Legal Services group. Some tasks focus on corporate transactions (M&A) and corporate law matters, while we also look for a trainee to support our different teams and client projects. As a trainee you will assist our experts in a wide range of corporate‑law assignments and related legal studies and authorities, and you will participate in technology and other development projects within our teams. This role is for you if you have passed the halfway point of your studies (at least 150 credits) and have possibly completed most of your core courses. You have fluent Finnish and English oral and written skills. Swedish is an advantage. Prior relevant work experience, especially at corporate‑law focused law firms, is valued. Your studies’ demonstrated interest in the position and familiarity with the subject area are also advantageous.
