About the role: A Super Cleaner is excellent at cleaning and inspires both other employees and customers by their own example. They are likely so skilled at home cleaning that every customer gives them a 5-star review. They are motivated by the opportunity to earn bonuses for fantastic collaboration with staff and for bringing in numerous new customers through their reputation alone. - Demonstrates by example how work is successfully performed. - Guides, instructs, trains, and recruits. - Performs cleaning work and manages key customers with their expertise. - Organizes cleaning operations. - Communicates fluently with both customers and cleaners. We are looking for: - An experienced cleaning professional who knows how to manage cleaning sites, customers, and the encouragement and motivation of employees. - Ability to handle both home cleaning sites (currently with greater emphasis) and commercial cleaning sites. - Sufficient Finnish and good English language skills. - A driver's license or car is a plus, but not essential.
