About the role

**We are seeking a Welding Foreman for our client Dinolift Oy for a permanent position.** As the foreman of component manufacturing, you will be responsible for the daily operational management of the welding shop and machine shop. You will also support the cost calculation for the upcoming contract manufacturing. The core of your role involves production flow and delivery reliability, occupational safety, as well as the guidance and supervision of personnel. The role combines strong daily management, responsibility for people, and the continuous development of production. You will also be responsible for the technical, quality, and standard-compliant requirements of welding operations and ensuring they are implemented in daily production. You will lead and instruct welding personnel, manage welder certifications and their maintenance, and be responsible for managing welding procedure tests. The broad scope of the role also includes guiding welding subcontractors, monitoring developments in production technology and identifying opportunities, and participating in the procurement and commissioning of production equipment. You will also work closely with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. An IWS qualification is considered an advantage as proof of your expertise in the welding field.
