About the role Identify opportunities for growth and sales within our existing customer base Analyse customer trends Develop and build strong business relationships with customers Keep customers informed of new technical product availability Confidently present to clients both face to face and online Skills and Experience (what makes a great Flightie!) Experience in the Travel Industry is essential Account management or customer relations experience preferred Demonstrated ability to build relationships Ability to articulate knowledge about products and services to customers leading to enhanced sales and growth Proficient user of MS products – particularly Excel and Power Point Benefits (why you should join us!)
