Job Description Description: As a Grid Solutions Co-op/Intern we will prepare you for an exciting career in manufacturing/supply chain, where you will: Work on assignments/projects to stretch your learning and skill set, Report progress and status, Use your academic knowledge to complete assigned project(s), deliver positive outcome, and contribute to the success of our team, Grow your technical expertise in your chosen field and expand your skills in new areas. Engineering interns in Grid Solutions experience technically challenging assignments in the power generation. Join us in these exciting roles of managing processes and procedures that drive customer satisfaction. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to dive into the world of Lean, industrial, quality, or electrical engineering, where you will assess, pinpoint and actively implement improvements. Additional projects may involve working with cross-functional teams that focus on improving the quality of production areas. You may utilize AI and Lean Six Sigma methodologies in driving improvement through the production area. Qualifications/Requirements Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an engineering discipline as listed below. Following majors accepted: Engineering, and other Energy related majors will be considered. Desired Qualifications Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding). Other Eligibility Requirements Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship. The pay range for this position is $1,000-$2,000 USD weekly. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
