Electrical Installation Supervisor

We are seeking an electrical installation supervisor for our client’s project-based data centre project in Lahti. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrical engineer at the beginning of their career who wants to take responsibility for daily site operations and gain valuable supervisory experience on a large-scale project. Understanding electrical installations and measuring equipment, systematic documentation, and willingness to take responsibility on site will help you succeed. Previous experience as an electrician and internships are considered a significant advantage, but the most important thing is a desire to learn and develop in supervisory work. We hope you are proactive and accurate, and that guiding people and work comes naturally to you. You will work with the daily supervision of electrical installations and site monitoring. You will work alongside an experienced responsible supervisor or project manager and provide supervisory support to electricians. The role gives you a close-up view of how electrical installations progress in a large-scale data centre project. The work will begin as a temporary agency assignment during October. This is a project-based role expected to last until February 2027. If the project continues, an extension may also be possible. We hope you can be flexible with shifts, as installers work two shifts at the site. Having your own car makes it easier to travel to the site. Responsibilities include: - Daily supervision of electrical installations and site monitoring - Guiding and supporting the daily work of electricians and installation teams - Commissioning and inspection measurements for electrical installations - Quality assurance of installations - Documenting measurement results, records and handover materials - Cooperating with other site supervisors and the project manager - Ensuring smooth work and safe working practices for installers We hope you have: - A degree in electrical engineering, or that you are near the end of your studies - Previous experience as an electrician, internships and experience in a site environment are considered a significant advantage, especially for recent graduates - Valid occupational safety and electrical safety cards (SFS 6002) - Fluent Finnish - English skills for site meetings and an international working environment - Basic Office skills, especially Excel and Word - Readiness to learn the documentation and measurement systems used on site - A systematic approach to documentation and willingness to take responsibility on site - The ability to start during October and flexibility regarding shifts We offer: - An excellent opportunity to join a significant, large-scale data centre project and gain supervisory and site experience - Support from experienced supervisors and the opportunity to develop in the role - Quality work equipment, including a computer and phone - Personal protective equipment - Occupational healthcare from the first day of employment - Pay of approximately €3,000–4,500 per month, depending on experience and background, under the building services/electrification sector salaried employees’ collective agreement - A project-based agency assignment expected to last until February 2027, with a possible extension depending on the project Please apply promptly through the application form and attach your CV.
