Hospital Maintenance Worker

TeeSe Botnia's professional cleaning service staff takes care of the cleanliness and customer satisfaction of thousands of square meters, based on good customer knowledge and understanding of the customer's operations. We provide cleaning services for the City of Vaasa in daycares, schools, cultural spaces, offices, and business establishments. Additionally, we take care of the cleanliness of hospitals, health centers, and service homes in the Ostrobothnia wellbeing area. We are looking for a hospital maintenance worker who supports patient well-being and the smooth daily life of the hospital by performing cleaning service tasks at Vaasa Central Hospital. The work site is the maternity ward and delivery room. The work also includes cleaning other sites of the central hospital according to emergency needs and emergency cleaning in the surgical department on weekends. The employment is permanent and the working time is full-time 38.25h/week. The work is three-shift work and shifts are Mon-Sun (morning shifts approx. 7.00-14.30, intermediate shifts 10-18, evening shifts approx. 13.00-21.00 & night shifts 20.45-07.15). We produce cleaning services according to the customer's needs and your job description includes maintenance cleaning, food service and bed maintenance tasks, cleaning of auxiliary and medical equipment, and basic cleaning. We hope the selected person starts employment on 24.08.2026 / by agreement. We hope the applicant has: - motivation for the cleaning industry and work - a happy, brisk and proactive work approach - enthusiasm for learning new things For the person selected for the position, we require: - work experience or education in the cleaning services sector - good Finnish language skills The selected person must have a valid vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act and must present a criminal record extract before starting work (Act 504/2002, checking criminal background).
