LähiTapiola: Workday Financials -asiantuntija - aTalent - Espoo, Finland

As a Workday Financials specialist, you will be part of a broad financial systems renewal project. You will play a key role in building and developing the Workday Financials system from scratch in collaboration with business, finance, and external partners. You will be assigned to LähiTapiola's Financial Services unit, which includes experts in finance as well as system administrators of various financial management systems. Your role involves operating at the intersection of finance and technology as a subject matter expert, ensuring system solutions support LähiTapiola's financial processes. The first 1.5 years focus on project and development work, after which the role expands to system maintenance and continuous development. Tasks include developing and maintaining Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning modules, providing system support, enabling reporting and analytics, and tasks related to integrations and master data. You will also participate in user support, training, and developing operational methods. The environment aims to genuinely renew financial operating models through technology, with your impact visible long-term. Requirements include a relevant university degree, strong experience with Workday Core Financials and/or Adaptive Planning, experience with internal or external accounting in Workday Financials, understanding of financial planning, reporting, and accounting processes, and fluency in Finnish and English. Additional advantage for prior experience in Workday Financials implementation projects.
