Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about helping people and providing straightforward customer service? We are seeking new customer service representatives to deliver excellent interactions for Valo customers as part of a motivated team. Valoo is a rapidly growing company in the fiber market, delivering high-quality, fast and sustainable fiber connections to more Finnish homes. Your main duties as a Customer Service Representative are to engage with customers in an informative and friendly manner, act as the face of customer service across various contact channels, and naturally sell Valo services. You will play a key role in spreading the Valo message and delivering high-quality customer experiences. The position is primarily based in Seinäjoki, with work hours typically weekdays 9–17 and Saturdays 10–16. We expect you to have fluent Finnish language skills, a positive and relaxed service attitude, good situational awareness, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to listen genuinely. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
