Earthworks Supervisor

Earthworks Supervisor for a local company We are looking for an earthworks supervisor for our client company in the earthworks sector. In this role, you will work in a varied position as part of a reliable earthworks specialist team. The first construction site is already waiting for someone to lead it, so work will begin as soon as a suitable person is found. As supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth progress of construction sites, scheduling, and resource planning across different sites. The sites mainly involve projects related to the groundworks and foundations of buildings, ranging in size from approximately €10,000 to €1.5 million. The work also includes administrative tasks such as invoicing, project reporting, and other project coordination. The role suits someone who enjoys managing overall operations and organising work, and who can keep things on track with a positive attitude. We hope you have relevant education, for example a degree in construction engineering. Some experience or understanding of earthworks will be useful, but above all we value organisational skills, initiative, willingness to take responsibility, and other relevant expertise.
