Seasonal housekeeping worker Luosto

A seasonal housekeeping role at Luosto, in the heart of Lapland. We are looking for proactive, responsible cleaners for housekeeping and general maintenance at rental properties during the upcoming season. The work includes cleaning and upkeep of accommodations, ensuring general comfort of the properties, and customer communication. Shifts occur during guest turnover and phone on-call hours outside regular hours, with separate compensation for on-call shifts and visits to accommodations. The role is independent and responsible, with support from our team and a thorough orientation. The Luosto area offers exceptional opportunities for winter activities and a chance to experience Lapland’s nature. Luosto is near Pyhä-Luosto National Park, about 1h15m from Rovaniemi, with opportunities for skiing, pistes, and hiking. After work, Lapland is literally at your doorstep. Requirements: proactive, reliable, and responsible; careful and systematic work style; friendly and professional customer service; able to work independently; Finnish language proficiency enough to operate in the role; at least B driver's license, preferably C1 (and willingness to obtain it), employer may cover about half of the cost if you need to obtain it; prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential. We offer: interesting and varied casual work in a unique environment; salary according to the real estate services collective agreement, 13–16 €/h depending on qualifications; travel between home and Luosto; fully furnished accommodation at 100 €/week; separate compensation for on-call duties; potential for longer-term employment if suitable candidates are found.
