We are seeking for the Western Finland open services team in Kaarina INSTRUCTOR for part-time hourly work with varying working hours (10-30h/week). The employment is fixed-term until March 31, 2027. About the position Perhepalvelut Ruori is looking for a new instructor to implement and develop services! Your job description as an open services instructor: - You will work in a client-oriented manner with clients in the family's everyday life, at the family's home - You will support clients in their daily lives and participate in daily activities with them - Your duties also include the recruitment, assessment, training, and guidance of foster families - You will plan and schedule your own work according to agreed client visits - The work consists of both independent tasks and work done with a partner The job description primarily consists of foster family service tasks, but may also include diverse family work, intensified family work, open family rehabilitation work, professional support person work, as well as supervised and supported meetings. The position follows a period-based working time and may include evening and weekend work. The employment follows the collective agreement for the private social services sector. What are we looking for? We require a university degree in social services, health, or education (UAS or an equivalent previous institute-level degree). Due to the nature and responsibility of the work, we expect at least two years of experience in child protection work or other work with children and families. The work is mobile and client visits take place at families' homes, so a driver's license and the use of a private car are essential. Our office is located in Kaarina. Client visits are mainly located in the Southwest Finland region, but the work may also involve traveling further away.
