Property Manager

We are looking for a property manager for our client for a permanent position in the Lahti area! Our client has been operating in the sector for 40 years, serving housing companies with a fast and reliable approach. In this role, you will work in a close-knit, energetic team with a good sense of humour, where employees have enjoyed long employment relationships. You may be at the beginning of your career or already an experienced property management professional. The most important things are that you take initiative, confidently get things done and get along well with different people. Initially, you will be responsible for a moderate-sized portfolio of housing companies. The portfolio is intended to grow over time, also according to your own wishes and interests. You will receive a comprehensive induction and initially work as a pair with the property manager who previously handled the portfolio. The work uses the Hausvise property management software.
