eCommerce Systems Specialist

We are looking for an eCommerce Systems Specialist to strengthen our eCommerce team. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our core digital services. About half of your time will focus on the freight business digital services and systems, with the remainder on the passenger business webshop and other eCommerce team services. You will work with both B2B and B2C businesses and influence the development of our digital services. You will maintain and develop freight business booking systems, online services and mobile solutions; participate in the development of the passenger business webshop and digital services; define, test and deploy new features in collaboration with business and system suppliers; coordinate system-related incidents and issues; participate in development projects and continuous improvement of digital services. We expect experience with maintenance of business systems, admin roles, web shop solutions or system development. Above all, we seek a person who is enthusiastic about developing digital services and understanding business needs. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required; Swedish is a plus. We value analytical and solution-oriented work style, good collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive things forward.
