You will manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and ensuring a safe place to work, through Health and Safety protocols. Responsibilities include overseeing the workshop team, supporting technicians and workshop staff, providing technical knowledge to the team and customers, ensuring work is authorised to a high standard, maintaining high standards on job card write-up to prevent warranty rejections, and mentoring apprentices.
