Installation and Assembly Team Lead

We are looking for an Installation and Assembly Team Lead for our client in Uuteenkaupunki for a permanent position. In this role, you will act as a working supervisor in the installation and assembly section of lighting production. You will be responsible for the smoothness of daily work, work organization, and quality assurance, while actively participating in assembly and installation tasks together with the rest of the team. You will ensure that production progresses as planned and provide support to your team in their daily work. We expect a precise and conscientious work ethic, the ability to take responsibility, and initiative. We value good cooperation and interaction skills, as well as a genuine desire to learn new things and develop operations. Previous experience in electrical tasks is considered an advantage, but the most important things are the right attitude and motivation for the role. The working language is Finnish. The work is full-time day work, 40 hours per week on weekdays. Salary: 16–19 €/h depending on your skills and previous experience.
