Our home - Esperi Hoivakoti Oiva Hoivakoti Oiva is a 30-place nursing home located on two floors, where we work with the elderly. Oiva is located in Raisio along good transport links. In the same courtyard is also Esperi Oivankoti, which offers round-the-clock service housing for clients of disability services. We do not invent the everyday life for our residents, but it is created together. Our residents wish for various shared moments - singing, gymnastics and bingo. We enjoy our beautiful courtyard area over a cup of coffee and in regular resident meetings we bring new ideas to the table. What would your work be like with us? Your typical workday would include, among other things: basic care according to the resident's own needs supporting and strengthening functional capacity as far as possible monitoring and recording well-being making RAI assessments and service implementation plans medication close cooperation with relatives and other possible stakeholders Employment details The position is permanent and mainly 2-shift work, but it would be great if you are willing to do occasional night shifts. The number of shifts varies by list and the employment contract is hourly-based. Salary In remuneration, we follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The base salary for a practical nurse, depending on experience additions, is €2415.76-2612.33/month (salary class G20C). What do we expect from you? warm-heartedness, teamwork skills and a can-do attitude practical nurse degree valid medication permits or willingness to complete the permits immediately at the start of employment hygiene passport and vaccination protection according to the Infectious Diseases Act at least B1-level Finnish language skills We consider previous work experience working with the elderly as an advantage.
