Tiera is looking for energetic interns for their on-site support team in Turku. The internship is open to ICT students from both upper secondary and higher education. The internship begins in September 2026 and lasts for at least two months, with the exact timing to be agreed upon separately. Interns will work directly with customers in real ICT tasks, including lifecycle replacements such as device installations and deliveries. While technical knowledge of IT terminals, peripherals, Windows management environments, Intune, and Configuration Manager is beneficial, it is not a requirement. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are most important. The work is mobile, and each intern is assigned a designated workplace instructor to accompany them to customer sites. During the internship, you will learn practical computer installation, customer service skills, teamwork, Active Directory (AD) expertise, a solution-oriented approach, how to document work processes in writing, and the ITIL-based service management model. Tiera provides lunch benefits and opportunities to develop skills through company training. Please note that these internships are unpaid. Applications are accepted from August 3 to August 16, 2026. Interviews will begin during the application period, and selections will be announced by August 21, 2026.
