K-Group is seeking full-time fixed-term logistics workers to substitute for annual leaves and support the end-of-year peak season at the Onninen and K-Rauta logistics centers in Hyvinkää. The roles start in August or by agreement and end in January-February 2027. The work involves various tasks such as receiving goods, pallet picking and packing, small item picking in an automated warehouse, preparing and loading shipments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area. Candidates must be able to work two-shift rotations (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00) and commit to at least six months of employment. Proficiency in Finnish and being of legal age are required. Previous experience in logistics and forklift driving skills are considered an advantage. The company offers a comprehensive orientation, a relaxed working atmosphere, and a salary based on the Trade Union (TES) for the retail sector with a performance-based bonus model. A drug test is conducted during the probationary period, and the workplace is smoke-free.
