Maintenance Technician

Octola Private Wilderness is a unique private accommodation complex in Lapland, offering high-quality lodging, meals and programs to an international premium clientele. We are seeking a motivated and practical property maintenance professional to perform a variety of upkeep and repair tasks across properties, outdoor areas, activity zones and trails within the Octola business unit. The role includes permanent and seasonal contracts: one full-time position starting 1 October 2026 and one fixed-term winter season position (1 November 2026 – 31 March 2027). The successful candidate will have prior experience in property maintenance or facility caretaker roles, knowledge of technical systems, a valid B driving license, and readiness to operate different machinery and vehicles. Desirable qualifications include electrical and/or HVAC expertise, experience with different vehicles and engines (snowmobiles, ATVs and other special vehicles), independent and responsible work attitude, and good teamwork.
