We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join Norlandia Sympaatti in Tuusula. You will be the person who hears, sees and is truly present in the everyday life of the children. You are a professional in early childhood education who builds an environment that makes space for learning, wonder, and collaboration. You will work with your group of professionals and families to ensure the day progresses calmly and consistently. You will participate in planning and developing activities and take responsibility for ensuring that daily situations progress in a manner suitable for children and support their learning. We offer a fixed-term contract until 18 December 2026 with a possibility to start as soon as possible, the opportunity to influence your groups activities, private occupational health care, sports & culture and wellness benefits, affordable staff meals, and Norlandia Academy training opportunities.
