Do you want to help ensure the quality of high technology? We are looking for an electrical testing operator (ATG) for a full-time position at Aspocomp's Oulu factory. In this role, you will work in a modern production environment as part of a professional team responsible for ensuring that the circuit boards delivered to customers meet the highest quality requirements. The position is especially suitable for you if you enjoy precise and careful work, feel comfortable in a technical environment, and want to develop your skills in high technology. Your tasks As an electrical testing operator, you are responsible for the electrical testing of circuit boards using ATG testing equipment. Your daily tasks include the preparation and handling of circuit boards in the testing process, the use of testing equipment, and the initiation of test programs. You will monitor and analyze test results, identify potential deviations, and document and report observed defects. Additionally, you are responsible for quality assurance entries and the processing of production documents. The work also includes daily inspections and basic maintenance of the testing equipment, as well as close cooperation with production and quality control. What we expect from you You will succeed in this role if you work carefully and precisely and are interested in technology and production work. You have basic computer skills and can use English-language work instructions. We value the ability to learn new things, follow given instructions, and act responsibly as part of a team. Previous experience in circuit board manufacturing or electrical testing is not essential, as you will receive comprehensive orientation for the role. Education in electronics or another technical field and relevant work experience are considered an advantage. Employment and remuneration The position follows the Technology Industry collective agreement. The work is a 5-shift rotation, and remuneration is determined according to the requirement group TVR5. The employment relationship is initially concluded as a one-year leased employment, after which there is a possibility to move directly into Aspocomp's service. The base salary is €12.85/h, in addition to which shift premiums according to the collective agreement are paid. Interested?
