Lapland Wellbeing Services is recruiting for a fixed-term Data-Driven Management Planner position for the Northern Path - further development project of the doctor-nurse model, from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. The position is located within the social and health care center, in the unit responsible for health center services. The health center services are responsible for the operation of Lapland Wellbeing Services' health centers. The role of the Data-Driven Management Planner is to develop and standardize data management practices that support the implementation of the doctor-nurse model, monitor continuity of care, and enable effective leadership of services across Lapland Wellbeing Services. Your responsibilities include defining, coordinating, and utilizing metrics that describe continuity of care. You will develop data collection, recording, monitoring, and reporting models in collaboration with service areas, professionals, IT management, and system providers. Key tasks include: - Developing, implementing, and monitoring continuity of care metrics (e.g., COCI, SLICC, and other applicable metrics) - Standardizing recording practices and improving data quality - Developing data management models, metrics, and reporting practices - Supporting data utilization in operational management and service development - Training professionals in the use of metrics and the importance of recording - Preparing for the implementation of a unified primary health care information system - Expert tasks in data management for development projects and impact assessment. You will serve as a key expert in data management, continuity of care monitoring, and evidence-based operational development. We expect from you: - A relevant university degree - Experience in data management, data analysis, and reporting development in social and health care - Understanding of health care data resources, data structures, and recording practices - Experience in building metrics and utilizing data for decision-making - Knowledge of developing continuity of care and primary health care service processes - Ability to manage large development projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary actors - Excellent collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills Additional advantages include: - Experience with COCI, SLICC, or other continuity of care metrics - Experience in developing the doctor-nurse model - Experience in data management projects in wellbeing services - Power BI, reporting, or analytics skills - Understanding of national data management policies and social and health care data production - Project management skills - Knowledge of Sami language or Sami culture Success in this role requires: - Initiative and development-oriented work approach, analytical thinking, ability to connect data to operational development, and strong evidence-based leadership skills. Success also requires the ability to collaborate across professional groups and implement data management support models throughout the organization. The terms of employment are based on the collective agreement for health and social services. The salary for this position is €3,820.00/month (+ possible experience bonus).
