We seek an experienced HR professional to take overall responsibility for developing compensation and salary systems in our well-being region. The role is especially relevant as we prepare to implement new national salary systems and their practical application. You will be responsible for developing and ensuring the functionality of compensation and salary systems, supporting change management, and collaborating closely with HR experts, partners, management, and staff representatives. The role involves preparing employer policies related to compensation and employment relationships, supporting consistent practices across the organization, and influencing employer policies. You will also support negotiations and work with employee representatives. We value experience in salary system implementation or development, strong knowledge of employment agreements and labor law, and experience in development projects and change management. The work environment is a skilled and expert HR team working in a flexible hybrid model. The position offers a unique view of developing HR strategies, compensation, and employment policies in a significant regional reform.
