Lead Developer - Reaktor - Turku, Finland

Our award-winning tech community is looking for lead developers to join us in Turku. As a lead developer at Reaktor, your job is to work with the full software development lifecycle, help your team succeed, and deliver results. Your daily tasks include being the first point of contact for the client when it comes to technical questions or the quality of the delivery, working with the client’s tech and business teams to facilitate collaboration, implementing new features across front-end, back-end, and databases, improving team workflows, building client relationships, and supporting agile practices. You are an experienced developer who enjoys technical challenges and providing clarity in ambiguous situations. To thrive, you need at least eight years of relevant experience, solid understanding of agile project management, previous team-lead and consulting experience, experience with server-side languages like TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js, client-side frameworks like React, mobile frameworks like React Native or Swift, skills in backend services and CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, and fluent English skills. You should be willing to work in a hybrid setup at the office or client premises.
