Robottihitsaaja Normet Oy:lle Iisalmeen

We are looking for a skilled robotic welder for our client Normet Oy for a permanent position at the Iisalmi site. In your future role, you will work as part of the robotic welding team, whose primary goal is to deliver high-quality welded frames to production teams according to the agreed schedule. The work is in two shifts. Your daily tasks include, among other things: - Welding frames of various mining vehicles using a robot and creating the necessary welding programs. - Monitoring the operation of the robot station and checking the condition of the equipment. - Finishing tasks after robotic welding. - Continuous measurement and monitoring of the quality of your own work. We expect from you: - Vocational training as a welder suitable for the position. - Previous experience in robotic welding; knowledge of Motoman welding robots is considered an advantage. - Fluent Finnish language skills and good interaction skills. Proficiency in English is a plus. - A brisk, precise, and proactive approach to high-quality welding work. - Emphasis on occupational safety in everything you do, as the workpieces are large. - Teamwork skills.
