About the role

Welcome as an instructor to the Lahnalahti playground. As an instructor in the playground, you will get to organize diverse activities outdoors and indoors using your own expertise and strengths. You will plan and implement activities for local families. Good interaction skills and the ability to respond to the different needs of children and families are at the center of the work. We value your sensitive and inclusive approach. This task is suitable for you if you enjoy working with people of different ages and are proactive! In the instructor's role: - you guide clubs aimed at 2-4 year olds and afternoon activities for schoolchildren - you guide various activities for baby and child families and encourage guardians to peer interaction - during holidays you plan and implement trips and day camps for schoolchildren - you develop and evaluate activities together with your work community and customers - you give families service advice and guidance regarding the service system. A tuberculosis clearance for the respiratory system for those working with children under school age is checked (Communicable Diseases Act § 55).
