Grill Worker

We are looking for an employee for grill and cafe work! We are a local family business looking for a new addition to our team. The employment relationship can be agreed upon according to the applicant's situation; both full-time and part-time work are available. Work can also be done, for example, in the evenings and on weekends alongside studies or other employment. Job duties include customer service, cashier work, preparation of grill foods, and maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment. Our work is often fast-paced, and during busy moments, there may be a constant queue of customers. Therefore, the best fit is a person who can maintain a calm approach, multitask, and enjoys a workday that doesn't drag on. The work is also almost entirely standing, so good basic fitness is beneficial. Days can be surprisingly physically demanding. The tasks are relatively quick to learn, and we provide thorough orientation for new employees. You will not have to work alone, as there is always an experienced colleague on shift to provide help and advice when needed. Shifts can be arranged flexibly. While experience in the restaurant industry or customer service is a plus, the most important things for us are reliability, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn. A hygiene passport is mandatory for our work, but if necessary, we can arrange the opportunity to complete it through us. Shifts are mainly in the evenings and on weekends. On weekdays, shifts are usually between 16:00 and 23:00, and on weekends between 12:00 and 02:00. As experience grows, there is an opportunity to work morning shifts (9:00–16:00), but these are primarily handled independently and therefore require more experience in the job duties. Please be prepared for evening- and weekend-oriented work. Remuneration is determined according to the collective agreement for tourism, restaurant, and leisure services. Current starting salary according to the table without experience additions is €12.21/hour, in addition to which evening, night, and Sunday bonuses are paid according to the collective agreement. We are primarily looking for a long-term employee. We invest in orientation and hope to find a person who wants to commit to our work community for a longer period. For this reason, we are not primarily looking for a summer employee or someone for a short-term employment relationship. Due to working hours legislation and the evening- and night-oriented schedules, we are also generally looking for adult employees.
